Continue feeding your child ghee, bread, veggies, and lean meats to make him strong. Do not give into your child’s tantrums of wanting sodas or sweet drinks during the day; water is the best option to quench thirst. Ensure that finger foods aren’t so small that the child chokes on them, and try to avoid giving him chewing gum altogether as it is a dangerous choking hazard. Always remember: Force-feeding your child is never a good idea as it can lead to weight gain and constipation. To get the meal plan for week 3 for your 23-month-old, click here!
