Diet Plan for 20 Month 4 Week Old Toddler
Introduction:
As the month draws to a close this week, we hope your little one has had a great time trying out new foods and eating some of his favourites. If you’ve faced a few fussy moments throughout the month, don’t worry, as your baby is in the teething phase, which can definitely affect food habits, sleep, and mood. You can always re-introduce the same foods at a later stage, when he is in a better mood and more willing to try out something new. The key to a good, well-balanced diet is ensuring that babies get enough calcium, protein, fibre, vitamins, and minerals, all of which promote proper growth and development. This diet plan allows you to focus on other aspects of your baby’s life, assured that your baby’s nutrition is well taken care of. Here is week four of your 20-month-old baby’s diet plan.
