Introduction:

Toddlers’ stomachs are small and usually can’t hold as much food, making them prefer to snack more throughout the day. This is also more beneficial, as they remain active throughout the day and do not experience massive drops in energy. Diet for a 20-month-old – Week 3, Day 1
Breakfast | Ragi (finger millet) dosa with sambar or chutney |
Mid-morning | Pineapple yoghurt |
Lunch | Jowar (sorghum)-wheat roti + masoor (red lentil) palak (spinach) + a few cherry tomatoes |
Evening | Murmura (puffed rice) chivda with kesar (saffron) elaichi (green cardamom) milk |
Dinner | Mixed vegetable soup + chole + paratha |
