Diet Plan for 18 Month 3 Week Old Toddler

Introduction:

Did your baby like his diet plan for the first half of the month? Don’t fret if he doesn’t eat as much as he did in the previous months, as its normal for his appetite to go down around this time. This could be due to teething, growth, or a variety of other reasons. Continue to feed him as little or more as he wants, and if you feel his appetitite weaning, you can always include some tried and tested favourite dishes of his. Breakfast Banana pancakes + milk
Mid-morning Almond or peanut ladoo
Lunch Roti + dal + a sabzi of choice + a few slices of cucumber + hand pounded rice
