Diet Plan for 14 Month 2 Week Old Toddler

Introduction

Your baby, at this age, can be going through various physical changes, such as teething, putting on weight and so on. It’s important to supplement his needs with a diet that meets his body’s requirements. An intake of about 1000 calories a day is usually appropriate for your 14-month-old. This is also the time that you can introduce him to different types of lean meat, such as fish or poultry (around 30 grams a day should suffice). You can get a head-start on this week’s meals using this plan here.

Breast milk provides your baby with essential nutrients and immunises him from infections too.
