Introduction

We’re nearing the end of diet plans for your 14-month-old! By now, he might have gotten used to different flavours and textures that you’re serving him. However, if he hasn’t, there’s no need to worry. The important thing to remember here is to keep calm, stay patient, and let him taste and try different foods. Here’s a list of meals you can start off on this week.

Conclusion

Remember to teach your baby to take only small bites and chew his food properly, and how to use a cup. Avoid feeding him juices or milk around bedtime. Also, while feeding your baby these yummy meals, do continue to breastfeed him, if possible, so that there’s no dearth of nutrients he’s receiving.
