Diet Plan for 18 Month 2 Week Old Toddler
Introduction:
Did your child like the previous week’s diet plan? Your baby has been in this world for one and a half years now, and as you may have noticed, his diet is slowly beginning to resemble yours. It won’t be long before he eats the same food prepared for the whole family. Of course, we still have to ensure that he has a smooth transition to this phase, so you’ll see a lot of sabzis and dals being included in his diet plan. You can give him the same vegetable and lentil preparations as everyone in the family, but ensure that the spice level is lower than what you would normally eat. One tip to do so is to cook low spice food and keep some separately for your toddler, after which you can add more spices as you normally would. Here’s week two’s diet plan for your 18-month-old.
