  1. In a mixing bowl, take the egg, curd, and pepper powder and beat it vigorously.
  2. Add the spinach and cheese, and give it a stir.

  4. Keep stirring with a wooden spoon or spatula till the eggs do not appear raw or liquid-like for 4-5 minutes.
