My baby girl is 3 months old now. I haven't used any belt of knot to my belly after c section frequently, because of which I think my belly is looking as if I am carrying another baby. it's my first baby delivery, I also faced post pregnancy depression.
My mom didn't took care me well, my brother n dad also didn't care much. I used to tell everything to my husband. Finally we came out of my mom's home and staying in rented house.

I got back on my fitness bandwagon but all exercises seems too tiring and exhausting. Yoga helps me but then i often wonder what about my bulging belly creating pressure on my scar?
Be consistent in whatever physical fitness regime you undertake - be it for 15 minutes, 30 minutes or whatever duration your work schedule permits you to have. Be consistent for at least 4 months and then you will see results
