My baby girl is 3 months old now. I haven't used any belt of knot to my belly after c section frequently, because of which I think my belly is looking as if I am carrying another baby. Can anyone suggest me ideas to get my shape back??. Is that any ways possible for mothers like me to get to shape??? Please give your valuable suggestions........

it's my first baby delivery, I also faced post pregnancy depression.
My mom didn't took care me well, my brother n dad also didn't care much. I used to tell everything to my husband. Finally we came out of my mom's home and staying in rented house.
initially it was tough for me to manage baby n house work. Now everything is going well.
my baby boy completed 2 months today.
I am happy n leading peaceful life and more than that me and my husband are giving time to my baby.
