it's my first baby delivery, I also faced post pregnancy depression.
My mom didn't took care me well, my brother n dad also didn't care much. I used to tell everything to my husband. Finally we came out of my mom's home and staying in rented house.
initially it was tough for me to manage baby n house work. Now everything is going well.
my baby boy completed 2 months today.
I am happy n leading peaceful life and more than that me and my husband are giving time to my baby.

When baby is sleeping you get up and do what you wanted to do, make a To-Do list and try to finish at least 5 things from the list every day it will not only make you feel that you are taking of many things but also a satisfaction of taking care of yourself....
It's very important to keep our body both mentally and physically strong as a physiotherapist I kno the ways to keep our body physically strong by doing exercises... Exercises doesn't only keep u physically fit it helps ur body to release happy hormones which help ur mental health in a good way..

Regular exercise has numerous health benefits, all of which apply equally to the new mother as at any other stage of life. These benefits include assistance with weight loss, increased aerobic fitness, social interaction and psychological wellbeing.
Be consistent in whatever physical fitness regime you undertake - be it for 15 minutes, 30 minutes or whatever duration your work schedule permits you to have. Be consistent for at least 4 months and then you will see results
My baby girl is 3 months old now. I haven't used any belt of knot to my belly after c section frequently, because of which I think my belly is looking as if I am carrying another baby.
