Just start a simple routine: have lemon and honey with lukewarm water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach by 6 AM. Then, at 7 AM, have a healthy breakfast like poha with less oil, masala oats, or besan cheela, etc. Afterward, walk for 30 minutes. Have your favorite fruit at 9 AM (except banana); you can have anything like papaya, pineapple, or apple, which are great for weight loss. Then, at 1 PM, have a bowl of dal, 2 chapatis (use gluten-free flour like ragi, bajra, makai, etc.), salads, and raita. No rice (you can have moong dal + quinoa khichdi with dahi, etc.). Then, in the evening at 5 PM, you can either have a bowl of makhana or roasted chana with green tea. For dinner, you can have homemade vegetable soup, boiled chana tikki, or an oats smoothie. Lastly, boil 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds and a piece of cinnamon in 1 cup of water until it reduces by half, then drink it and sleep at 10 PM to wake up early.
