ANXIETY & DEPRESSION SUPPORT Calling all Moms to talk about Depression
#NotAshamedToTalk
Every Woman goes through 'Baby Blues' after pregnancy. However, feeling empty, sad and worthless all the time can indicate the possibility of 'Postpartum Depression'. Many international Celebrity Moms like Serena Williams have come out in the open to talk about this but Indian Moms are still quiet on this topic. Can Indian Moms come together & share their experiences about 'Postpartum Depression' ? Can they tell each other that it is normal & can be treated ? Share your Views Now

now a days it's quite a common problem but by doing yoga & communicating with your baby & husband can help a lot. it's very important to express our feelings & emotions to our loved ones to avoid this condition or to overcome it.
spend more quality time with your child as a newborn baby also communicate with you, you just have to pause & listen, this will surely removes the tension & sad emotions.

Being depressed before and after delivery i have come out of a lot. and there's was literally no one who could say what I wanted to hear. no positive things, no praises for anything am going through, no difference towards me. all this made me depressed and more n more frustrated. it all would harm my relationship with baby. everything was just in my mind. and to myself. so ladies whoever going through this must have someone to share what they are going through. please reach to people you can trust.. you have done a great job and everything you are doing is just as much as you can.. it is more than enough. you have a life of yourself and a life to take care of. . rest well and be nice to youself. really really very important topic that should be taken seriously.... and it's the people around that blessed mother and her baby who need to consider that women has gone through total change in her body, mind, harmones after delivery... they need love and care and support like never before... they should not be taken granted... postpartum depression will not be issue then... I think during pregnancy people take care a lot as baby is inside us but actually if there are not any complications women can take care better of themselves during pregnancy but after delivery physically and mentally we get so much tired... I am all thankful to my baby who saved me from depression when was surrounded by negativity and unforgivable negligence.. but what I cant forget is that my baby suffered quite because of this... I come back from that situation as rebellious fighter from emotional and quiet girl which is good I think... but still those things haunt me.. so I just can't imagine how mothers who are actually depressed can handle it.... please ladies dont dont let anyone and anything put you in that situation because your baby needs you the most... and no one else in the world should matter at that time... one thought which boost me during those days was how my baby will grow healthy if I will not be good emotionally or mentally? so if you think you are not feeling good take help... do talk... share your thoughts... take professional help if you think its depression...
