How to get pre pregnancy shape after C section?
My baby girl is 3 months old now. I haven't used any belt of knot to my belly after c section frequently, because of which I think my belly is looking as if I am carrying another baby. Can anyone suggest me ideas to get my shape back??. Is that any ways possible for mothers like me to get to shape??? Please give your valuable suggestions........
