According to studies 70% of post partum women especially after vaginal delivery suffers from stressurinary incontinence . Which is sudden urine leaking during cough, sneezing , exercising , skipping or any kind of physical stress. Women tend to ignore it living a reduced quality of life , reduces self esteem , depression , being non productive at work .. treatments usually suggested are kegel exercise , using adult diapers . even pregnant women face this problem . This is a problem faced by evry women irrespective of type of delivery I think. Yes kegel exercise has more importance . women should aware of this.
