I had c-section and using belt is not much use to me. Please help

How to Reduce belly fat post pregnancy
Try Plix ACV tablets; they helped me a lot with a simple routine: Have lemon and honey with lukewarm water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach by 6 AM. Then, at 7 AM, have a healthy breakfast like poha with less oil, masala oats, or besan cheela, etc. Afterward, walk for 30 minutes.
