Diet Plan for 23 Month 4 Week Old Toddler

Introduction

As your child gets closer to 2 years of age, he will be able to eat almost all kinds of solid food. Continue giving him food that covers all food groups – carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Milk, ghee, etc. should be a regular part of his diet. That said, here’s what you should give your child during mealtimes this week:

Remember to extract seeds, pits, and peels when giving fruits and veggies to your baby. Also ensure that your child doesn’t overeat, and surely don’t over-feed him!
