A. Hai good evening !! Post delivery weight increases ,body,belly fat... due to harmonal changes... Check your BMI (body mass index) if you are over weight then reduce weight healthy having three meals and two snacks Include more fibre foods, fluids reducing carbohydrates ,fats avoiding junk, processed foods... cereal based break fast , skimmed milk,dal leafy vegetables,vegetables ,egg, with salads, soups.. Having Soaked nuts, fruits or vegetables salads, soups, makhana, seseme, dry fruits and nuts chikii....
