A. you can start doing exercises if it is normal delivery after 3 months Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

U Just should be going with proper exercising and dieting to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner because that’s the best thing to go for I’m just going to say if you are feeling good you consult your doctor and go ahead with the right exercises suggested by the doctor also if you can manage to take a diet that’s also going to help
