how to reduce weight post delivery

A. For weight loss, eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods. Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources don't skip breakfast and have good water intake at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps.
