Hello ma’am I would just advise you to start with simple brisk walk twice a day once in the morning and once after the meal at night and take a proper diet from a dietician to lose on your weight proportionately and slowly gradually once you are through with walk in another month or two you can start with regular yoga or any other kind of exercise like gymming or whatever suits you so that you lose down your weight but diet is really
