mam, you can start any workout after 6 months of delivery
so if it has been 6 months after delivery,you should start doing exercises and yoga regularly.
take small and frequent meal.
but prefer food items which are rich in fiber like green leafy vegetables, fruits etc.
drink plenty of fluids
