A. dear mum, to loose weight post delivery, you should eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods. good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast. Have good water intake at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in losing weight.

A. Hello dear parent! Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Starr walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
