after how much time should a mom start exercising to loose weight post normal delivery

A. After 6-8 weeks . First start with brisk walking . Then Gradually increase.

A. after 6 to 8 weeks post normal delivery Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hi mom It is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can start with yoga cycling jogging gym etc to shed extra kilos from your body. Take care and all the best
