include whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, heathy fats in small quantities and adequate water.
add small mid-meals after 2 hours and regularize your meal timings.
avoid carbonated beverages, junk , processed and fried foods, refined flour, excess salt, sugar and fats.
start with walk, yoga or exercises.

please do the following things:
do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery
till that Walk walk and walk
don't use vehicle for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
increase your fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
maintain good hygiene
