ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom due to lot of hormonal changes this occurs . Also loosing weight after delivery need lot of dedication and patients . Don’t loose hope and avoid shortcuts . Instead involve yourself in some form of physical activity for at least 30 to 45 mins a day and also be mindful of what you consume .
