Hi after my delivery I gained 15 kgs. Now I m 85 kgs. How to reduce weight?

A. Dear mum, to reduce your weight after delivery, you should eat mindfully. Avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
