Sailaja vemulaMom of a 4 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. take healthy foods and avoid weight gaining foods for mother,and slowly give Banana,boiled apple...etc like foods to ur baby and u will do yoga and excercise.Make it as ur daily routine,then definitely ubwill loose ur weight
praveenMom of a 4 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. boil one cup of water adding one spoon of jeera n somf to it,make sure u boil fr 5mnts n tak this thrice a day,u can replace this with tea or coffee,this is good for both lactation n loosing weight.
