Q.

after delivery I gained 20 kgs weight ...I am not able to reduce my weight mainly thighs

A. Dear mum, to reduce your weight in around the thighs, you need to reduce your overall weight. Eat mindfully, avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
