A. Hello mom you have to have lot of patients and dedication as well and avoid unnecessary snacking , and be mindful of what you are consuming , limit your intake of sugary foods , processed and refined foods , have small meals and avoid very heavy meals late evenings . Involve yourself in some form of physical activity such as yoga , brisk walking or workouts for atleast 30 to 45 mins a day
