include whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, milk and milk products, healthy fats in minimal quantity and adequate water.
add small mid-meals after every 2 hours gap and regularize your meal timings.
avoid junk, processed and outside food, carbonated beverages, maida / refined flour, excess salt, sugar and fats.
you can also go on a walk, start yoga or exercises.
