A. Hi mommy! No time for walk but you can get 5 minutes easily from your busy schedule for yourself for exercise and gradually increase time. Major part for weight loss journey play by our food habit and time No to sugar and junk Oily food Take healthy food with proper routine.

A. post pregnancy weight loss you can start with exercises after 4-6 months of c section.. continue breast feed it helps reducing weight.. restrict the sugar and sweet intake avoid oily and spicy food keep yourself well hydrated
