The Best way to go about is going to be dieting and exercising that’s it so yeah right you can always take it from an expert because they were better idea and they suggest your diet would be which would be based on your interest to lose on maximum weight and exercise it is definitely important to tighten up your body as well as lose on your weight in a proportionate manner but exercise should be of your choice which you really enjoy doing because when you enjoy something it is always better so go for these two things
