Healthy and easy smoothie using green tea.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup green tea
  • 1/8 tsp (teaspoon) pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 small pear (with skin)
  • 2 tbsps (tablespoons) plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 5-8 ice cubes

Method

Step 1

Take a blender jar.

Step 2

Put all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Serve fresh.
