#BlendItUp Spiced Green Tea Smoothie

Healthy and easy smoothie using green tea.

- 3/4 cup green tea
- 1/8 tsp (teaspoon) pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 small pear (with skin)
- 2 tbsps (tablespoons) plain yogurt
- 2 tbsps honey
- 5-8 ice cubes
Take a blender jar.
Put all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
