Is it safe to eat schezwan fried rice while breastfeeding?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. in little amount may take. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables good to consume only home made food.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Of course you can eat whatever you want to eat there is no restriction on that you are eating healthy food and schezwan rice is completely healthy so there is no problem with that and if you can manage to get the food without MSG that is going to be better
