ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. yes can eat, but do sure to avoid extreme spicy, oily foods. Take plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products and a good source of protein . ok.

Msg free Chinese you can have through out it’s not a problem you are just restricted to eat dinner because msg is quite unhealthy oh pregnant woman which is why I would recommend you not to go for it otherwise whatever you want home-made or MSG free Yoga hub
