Take plenty of water or fluid intake, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products and a good source of protein .
sheetal panditaMom of a 4 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. no food will harm baby except raw papaya.. u can eat whatever u like but u should take care of ur health as well because if u fall ill u have to take medicine which will indirectly then effect baby...so junk food and much spicy food can cause trouble for urself.. spicy food will cause gastric problem..if u crave for some kind of food just for taste u should take 2-3 spoons that's it not in much amount which will further upset ur stomach..so to avoid medication u should eat balanced and healthy diet. keep urself hydrated also..good luck
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Msg free food you can eat big Chinese food consist of good quantity of MSG which is very unhealthy for a pregnant woman Sufi Montu habit you can have proper Chinese whatever you want to have but make sure that it is MSG Free
