hi i had my c-section 6 months back... can i start exercising now? can i do hard excercises like planks, crunches to reduce tummy

A. hi, It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your own treating doctor before you get on any routine

A. Hello dear parent! Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. You can check with your doctor about when and his to start strenuous exercises. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care.
