When can I start to do planks to reduce my tummy post c section.. am now completing 4 months

A. hello now since it is four months passed delivery e you can be doing planks which is not a problem but do not strain yourself too much also and you should do it slowly in such a way that you are comfortable which then would not be a problem and nothing to worry
