I would not recommend any hard exercises however 30 minutes of walk daily initially is advisable it is quite obvious that in case you are not used to of any e longer physical activity than 30 minutes will also be a challenge to achieve however within a time frame of one month 30 minutes will become easy for you you can gradually increase it to 1 hour daily brisk walk a healthy balanced diet include ji record in your died very very important to be had only during afternoons consume sugar however in controlled form if intake of caffeine is a lot then restrict it to just one or two cups a day instead you can go for a healthy aversion like green tea or any flavour tea
