Deepa nairMom of a 3 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hi there, you can start walking for an hour with your baby. then slowly start following healthy diet. drink 2 litres of water in a day. don't do any heavy exercise. After one year start your regular routine exercise. don't forget to consult your gynaecologist if felt unrest . am not a physician nor consultant though but iam writing this post as am experiencing 5th month post pregnancy hence felt like to share my experience. thank you
