Q.

hi ..i delivered a baby 1 yr back through c section..can i start normal running,jogging ,crunches, and abs exercise?

A. absolutely mommy you can get back to your normal routine. you just need to be sure you start slow, and then increase the intensity once your body settles in. however don't worry about the c action at all unless you having some issues.
