hello experts i have 7 month baby . when should i start jogging or weight lifting exercise after c section.

A. you may, You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine. You can do Yoga, Swimming and Aqua aerobics, Cycling. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to start exercising and weight management for weight loss after the doctor evaluation. Also have Shaadmani Rhododendron green tea as it helps in increasing metabolism and can buy it from Amazon. Take care
