Q.

I had c section delivery and it's 2 months now. Can I start doing exercises like planks, crunches and other exercises to reduce tummy and over-all body weight?

Hi mommy Yes you can Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Stay hydrated healthy Maintain hydration
