My baby is 2 months old. Can i start exercises like squats, crunches and running?

A. Ma’am You forgot to mention how to deliver the child but I would like to tell you that if you have had a normal delivery then do not do these exercises for six months at least till the time you’re breastfeeding the child you can choose to mind exercises at home and if you had a C-section then you will have to wait for 8 to 10 months
