#askdoctors my second baby has completed 6 months . shall I start planks, squats exercises now?

A. hello...sure you can now..first of all for belly what i did was to buy a maternity (postpartum compressor) belt which was very effective...also as always helpful is...don't eat sugary foods and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks... Eating more protein is a good long-term strategy to reduce belly fat. ...And also Cut carbs from your diet. ...Eat foods rich in fiber it helps... Exercise is very effective at reducing belly fat ..join a yoga class along with Pilates and if not then at home only do some streching everyday...also Surya namaskar works wonders...
