#asktheexpert I have two kids...and both are c-sections ...Its been 6 months since my 2and c section, I have a belly pooch and back fat....can I start exercises now? and what type of exercises can I do? Is stretching ok? running ok? planks? squats? jumping jacks? push ups? please mention exercise names.
