when can i start exercising after c section delivery and any tips to reduce tummy

A. you can start after six months are over then you. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
