#asktheexpert do we need to check anything before start exercising to reduce tummy fat after c section

A. no. go slow n slow. You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatmentbest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

A. hi mam,it is advisable to start any workout only after 6 months of delivery. so please avoid it for now. and whenever you start it ,make sure your delivery scars should be completely healed
