A. Hello mom Only after baby turned six months old. Body needs a total rest for next six months after delivery and it is very important. Once your baby turned six months old so you can start doing yoga. But you should start doing basic yoga in starting few months. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight Happy parenting
