A. you can go for simple walking after one month of age and you can go for good exercise like yoga Pranayam Surya namaskar after three or four months according to your capacity and also meet a dietitian who will guide you regarding diet for proper calorie and protein

A. hello you can start with excercise after two or three months once you feel comfortable.. you can be doing abdominal exercise and you can even slowly start with walking and exercise whch can help to reduce your belly fat and keeps you healthy and fit
