#asktheexperts I had c section in the month of August last year..can i start exercising to reduce my tummy as it increased

A. Hello ma’am Just complete your eight months of delivery and consult your gynaecologist for a check up of your stitches if the doctor says that they have healed completely and you are good to go for a workout then only you start doing workout otherwise if you started early without a check up then it can affect your stitches as well so just do this and take a diet to lose down your weight
